When it comes to presenting, nerves are inevitable. Letting them get the better of you is not. One strategy to help you take the focus off of our nervousness and put that energy to positive use is to Practice, Practice, Practice, Practice. Let’s think about it…if you are a great cook, chances are you cook often. You fixed a dish, tried it out, got feedback, changed the way you prepared it, fixed it again, got feedback, corrected some things, fixed it again and repeated the process. Same concept with becoming a better presenter and managing the Presentation Butterflies.
